Also, if you are a PARENT of a FUTURE MUSICIAN, you can rest assured that your child will be getting the very best of the student instruments available. We choose very carefully ONLY NAME BRAND INSTRUMENTS. No cheap import junk here. We are never going to try to pull the wool over your eyes with some spiffy photos of no-name or privately-branded toys.

In most cases, we can also provide the exact accessory package that your band director wants you to have, with hassle-free shopping. And we really don’t like to sell you stuff that your child doesn’t need. We would much rather you be a satisfied customer!

That means you need to get the right mouthpiece, the right ligature, the right cleaning kit, the right stuff! Without having to worry about someone trying to sell you something “instead of.”

When you get right down to it, we really believe that the customer comes first. The MUSICIAN comes first. While we have had a few customers take a bit of advantage of us in this respect, we find that most folks are really nice people and just want to get decent service. In our world, if this means that we bend over backwards for you, then so be it.

We realize that we don’t offer our instruments on sale online. But with a simple phone call during our business hours, we can get what you want every bit as fast as the online sellers, but with our quality personal service. If you aren’t sure what you want, it is a sure bet that someone here will be able to answer your questions.

We know that you have seen the icky musical instruments at the Bull’s-Eye store, the Sheets-n-Towels store, and Discount World. Whatever. We know you have had that little tingling on the back of your neck that told you these are not really very good instruments. We PROMISE we will never, ever sell you one of those. All our instruments will be serviceable and will last for years. End of Story.
