Return Policy

• Purchase from Johnny Paul's Music Shop may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

• We will not give refunds. All returns must include the original receipt, documentation, packaging, and be in new condition.

• If not in new condition with all the original documentation the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

• Sales on closeout inventory are final, no returns, no exchanges and no refunds.

• Due to Copyright laws and the ease of copying music media we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of such products. These products include but not limited to sheet music, music books, karaoke media, cassettes, videos, CDs, DVDs, software, etc.
